Prior to the eligibility evaluation the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement is to be signed between Mr. Karasev and a potential investor. Evaluation of investor’s conformity with the requirements of the EB-5 program is carried out by US partner-law firm on the basis of the Investor Questionnaire.
- Preparation of documents of an investor. One of the leaders in matters of immigration legislation in the US, Mr. Karasev's partner company carries out preparation of documents for investors. Coordination and organizational support of the investor is carried out by Mr. Karasev's team in the Russian Federation.

- Preparation for an interview at the U.S. Consulate. Preparation of the investor and his/her family members residing outside the United States for an interview at the U.S. Consulate is another important point in the process of obtaining a Green Card through the EB-5 program. After the application is approved the investor and his/her family members receive an invitation to the U.S. Consulate which was specified when submitting documents. The purpose of the interview with the investor at the consulate is an introductory conversation with the U.S. Consulate obtaining an entry visa (if the investor is not yet in the US or has no valid US visa).
- Legal support to adjust Green Card status from “Conditional” to “Permanent”. In the event that the main condition for the adjustment of visa status is met and there are no other violations of U.S. legislation by the investor and his/her family members, the immigration attorney prepares and submits an I-829 petition to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). After the I-829 petition is approved, the investor and his/her family members obtain a permanent Green Card.
