Eligibility evaluation of an investor
The assessment of personal data, financial and legal information provided by the Green Card applicant, is carried out on the basis of the filled-in EB-5 Investor Questionnaire. The questionnaire is filled in by the expert Denis Karasev during a personal meeting with the applicant.
Prior to the eligibility evaluation the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement is to be signed between Mr. Karasev and a potential investor.
Evaluation of investor’s conformity with the requirements of the EB-5 program is carried out by US partner-law firm on the basis of the Investor Questionnaire.
Key factors influencing positive evaluation:
- Lack of criminal record on grounds of economic crimes or non-participating of the investor and his/her family members in organized crime groups.
- Legal origin of the capital to be invested under the EB-5 program.
Only upon a positive opinion from Mr. Karasev's partner-company the process of preparing a package of documents for obtaining a Green Card under the EB-5 program may be initiated.
