Eligibility evaluation of an investor. Preparation of documents for EB-5 immigration program. The collection and preparation of documents for filing an application for registration of investors in the program and obtaining a residence permit in the USA (documents for the project, within which the funds will be invested) is carried out by the official partner Greenberg Traurig, one of the leaders in matters of immigration legislation in the USA.
- Representation of an investor from the beginning of documentation process up to the date of obtaining a green card. Collection and translation in English all additional documents. Negotiations in the name of and on behalf of the investor. Monitoring of application status, control over the disbursement of the investor’s funds during preparation of documents and at the stage of obtaining a green card.
- Preparation of the investor and his/her family members at the U.S. Consulate. If the investor and his/her family members reside outside the United States, the interview is scheduled at the U.S. consulate, which he/she indicated when submitting documents. If the investor and his/her family are in the United States with the valid visa, the visa status may be adjusted at immigration attorney’s office. Once an investor passed the interview at the Consulate or adjusted the visa status within the USA, he/she becomes a green card holder.
- The immigration attorney prepares and submits gan I-829 petition for removal of “conditional” status. After the I-829 petition is approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, the investor and his/her family members obtain a permanent green card.
